How much time does it take to ship my product?

Products are generally shipped within 4-5 working days post the receipt of the order. Tracking details are shared as soon as the products are shipped. We provide free shipping all over India. Nominal shipping charges for other countries.

Is my order confirmed once the payment is made?

We are an online marketplace and availability may not be 100%. Although we try extremely hard to fulfill every order coming our way, at times due to unforeseen circumstances  the orders are cancelled. Order status is updated within 24 hours of placing an order. 

How much time will it take for my refund in case the order is cancelled?

Order status is updated within 24 hours and the refund process is initiated within 24 working hours. Banks might take 5-7 Days to process the refund and reflect the money back in your account.

Do you provide stitching facility?

We ensure that all our customer needs are fulfilled at one place - Banaras Weaves Clothing. In order to get your items stitched write to us at banarasweavesclothing@gmail.com with all the order ID and all the details and we shall get back to you within the next 24 hours. Stitching facility comes with an extra cost.
